4. Purpose of the Processing.

Personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes, until you object:

For the purposes of applying the provisions regarding the protection of personal data, the processing carried out for administrative-accounting purposes are those connected to the performance of organisational, administrative, financial and accounting activities, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, internal organizational activities, those functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations and information activities pursue these purposes.

5. Methods of Treatment.

The processing will be carried out in an automated and manual manner, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of the articles. 32 of the European Regulation 2016/679. The data will be retained for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed. The processing connected to the web services offered by this site will be physically hosted by third-party companies.

Peroxymed srl Srl uses the "Cloud" service at a third-party company, Register SpA - but whose Data Centers are located in Italy. 6. Scope of Communication and Dissemination.

Your data, subject to processing, will not be disclosed and may be communicated to companies contractually linked to Peroxymed Srl within the European Union, in compliance and within the limits of European Regulation 2016/679, in order to comply with contracts or purposes connected. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:

7. Nature of Provision and Refusal.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional but necessary. Failure to provide the data marked with the * symbol may make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.

8. Rights of the interested party.

By contacting the Privacy Service which can be contracted via the e-mail info@peroxymed.it, you will have the right, at any time, to obtain from Peroxymed srl within one month of receiving the request, a period which may be extended by two months, if necessary, kept taking into account the complexity and number of requests received, (see Article 12-GDPR) confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, in this case, obtaining access to the personal data and following information:
