SANITIZATION PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS

There are several systems available to control the effectiveness of the disinfection process of the Viro Clean system or other processes, some designed to verify the penetration and concentration of the product to evaluate its capacity for diffusion within the environment, other systems instead detect the residual bacterial load to check its actual biocidal activity.

BIOLOGICAL TEST - RAPID SWAB - ATP

Kit for the biological monitoring of pathogens also through the monitoring of ADENOSINE TRIPHOSPHATE (for professional use) allows you to verify the presence of protein residues in a simple and immediate way.

The swabs are equipped with a colorimetric indicator that changes depending on the protein concentration detected.

BIOLOGICAL TEST - ATP with bioilluminometer

Two versions of bioiluminometer are also available, which allow you to read the absolute value of the bacterial count and which are combined with various types of swabs, for liquids and surfaces, aimed at counting different pathogens.

No specific laboratory equipment is necessary, and the result is absolutely reliable and immediately assessable in numerical form.

TEST BIOLOGICO - PLATE COUNT AGAR

Non-selective culture medium for total bacterial counts.

After swabbing the chosen surface, sow on the culture medium with light pressure of the swab for approximately 10 seconds. Close the package, keep at an ideal temperature of 20-25° and interpret the result after 48 hours.

PEROXIDE PENETRATION TEST

Peroxide detection strips.

Place inside the environment where sanitization must be carried out; at the end of the process a colorimetric variation detects the presence of peroxide on the strip, so as to certify the saturation of the atmosphere within the environment. New paragraph
